Shut this forum until 13th August please

I know that I can be one of the most disruptive posters on here and one who objects to censorship, however in the last couple of days this forum has gone mad to the extent that the manager is now posting.

 

Would it not make sense to lock the forum until after the first leauge game on the 13th to allow things to calm down?

 

I know this will not be popular with some, but things cannot continue as they are.

How ridiculous.It's like being in the playground.We are entitled to free speech and it's supposed to be for adults. Censorship is just like brushing things under the carpet. Shutting down a fans forum doesn't show support for Steve Bateman and his team. It just alienates the supporters and team from each other.

We've now had the manager,a player and a member of the Trust appealing on here for unity. I for one am going to heed that advice, as I'm sure others will do but the threat of shutting down the forum is frankly pathetic.

hope those who have criticised over and over are happy when Bateman and most the players end up walking out sometime during the season as thats exactly what we are heading for with so many negative themed discussions cropping up so often
