Sadly, not where I can be... nor most CCL officials: It's the start of season meeting. Pick up the usual handbook and get to meet everyone that's going to be out there this season!

Where's this gathering of the unwashed taking place,Imber Court perchance.?

Indeed it is Smudge. Flown back from my holiday especially to meet up with my colleagues and collect my handbook

The meeting for referees and assistants was good. No surprises about what was said: Mostly revolved around clarifications regarding assessments and the appeals process. That is relevant to level 4 referees: The ones you will see on the Prem games. I have a shiny new handbook and even a CCFL tie.

Club reps had their own meeting in the room next door.. saw a few familiar faces ;-)
