Another pleasing day for the chicks today away to a very strong arundel team, played out on a superb playing surface, again we were made very welcome by all at arundel, boiling hot day, which slowed the last fifteen mins down a bit, game finished 2-2, and if i were to be a bit bitchy, i think we were robbed of a perfectly good winning goal, but mission accomplished, and damn good work out, still so far, so good!!

I wasn't there yesterday, but saw the Worthing Utd and Molesey games and things are looking good. Makes me laugh all these people saying Chicks will finish bottom (worse than last season!). Yes the first half of the season was terrible, but if you just took results from February onwards then Dorking would've been mid-table. Most of the squad that finished the season are still there, so i'm hoping for a much better season!

The fact that we only went down 0-1 against Bookham yesterday, and that goal with only about a minute to go with a team consisting of a majority of our Under 18's squad shows the depth we have this season.
