Alton town v Guildford city

 

Do you know if this is at Alton's ground? I'm assuming so as I can't see otherwise on their site.

 

Yep this is at their place. All details on our website. Plus you can easily 'tick off' their old ground which is still intact just over the road. Nice and local for me, just up the road!

What sort of strength are Old Farnbronians? Is this a result we should just ignore? We beat Met Police 2-1 today. Apparently we played very well. I could not attend so I'm relying on reports from the Egham management. We have had friendlies against Hillingdon Borough and lost 1-3, then 3-3 at Chertsey, 2-2 at home to Ashford Mx., 1-1 at home to Uxbridge and today's win. This is the best pre-season I have ever known so I pray it doesn't all go tits up from Saturday.

Hi nah not making excuses we had a very tough game last night, and everyone was tired, taking nothing away from them, they had 3 really good forward players.

Who did you play last night? Sorry if you have already posted this. Is yours the ground off a high street and down an alley? I know I have been there before, when we prevailed in the Surrey Senior but lost a forward to a career ending injury (not the fault of FTFC, I would add).
