Sadly it seems a full restructure of all step 5 leagues which will include the Essex Senior League is going to be in place for the season 2013/2014,current members of the essex senior league will now have 2 seasons in which to get their facilities upto standard in my opinion alot of clubs are going to struggle bigtime to actually achieve this.
