Oakwood v South Park which I'm assuming is on their main pitch?

 

Dont think it is actually Bom, ive a feeling its on the other pitch with a slightly earlier kick off! Will need sparky to confirm....

 

Cheers, I did see it was 7.15pm but yeah it would be nice to know which pitch it is.

 

 

It is on their other pitch

It is on our back pitch. We have not stepped on the first team pitch since last season and it has reaped benefit. I can say that we have mown the second pitch today and must say it is of good quality. Hope you enjoy this evening. It should be a decent game.

I was impressed by Sandhurst though - thought they played very well

Westfield 2-0 Ripley

 

 

As much as we have a good relationship off the pitch there’s no such thing as a friendly between us on it.

 

 

As expected Ripley came at us first 20 but we weathered the storm and gradually took hold of the match scoring just on half time. Tried a new shape for last half hour and a few substitutions which disrupted us but added a second late on to seal the win.

 

 

Mewcenary on the line had a good game ! am told he should have given our visitors a penalty though when an offence was deemed outside the box !

In a nut shell South Park deserved the win but I am very pleased with our lads attitude throughout the game. Park are a well drilled outfit of which I believe will do damage in the CCL Premier this season. Good to catch up with some players and Oakwood Fc wish you all the best for the season. For us there were many positives to take from the game. Pre season is exactly what it says on the tin and I personally enjoy seeing the progress made over the last few weeks.
