Transfer fees? Guernsey

Here in Guernsey there is no such thing as a transfer fee and players are free to move clubs in most circumstances.<br /><br />What will the policy for GFC or other CC players be? Could a club further up the structure buy a Guernsey player? I am not saying any are that good! But het we produced Matt Le Tissier!

 

Further complicated perhaps as a GFC player can still play for his local club too as far as I know

Yes a club further up could transfer a Guernsey player to their team.

you could sign another squad just for your away games.

 

just fly them out to the island for a pre season fortnight, and a christmas bonding session.

Players can sign under dual registration for different clubs as long as they are in different leagues.

 

If a player is under contract or under a certain age (which I forget) then a fee must be paid otherwise the other club just have to give 7 days notice that they will be approaching the player.
