9 different starters from Thursday so not bad really, lots gained from this and thats whats its all about, on to Rayners Lane on Tuesday(Cranford School 6:45 kick off)

decent game, definately Rpv's best pre season performance so far, and they missed a pen right on half time

_{Weird day for us}

 

_{Broadbridge Heath turned up with only 19 players for a double header}

 

_{We decided to play our strongest XI in the second game - perhaps that wasnt the best idea on reflection.}

_{We won the first game 4-2. If that is the the base of our reserves this season then I think we will do very well}

 

_{In the second game with our first XI on the day we won 5-2. A bit disapointed as we could have had double figures but instead we switched off and conceeded two sloppy goals. A very poor last half hour.}

 

_{Broadbridge Heath had a couple of good players but if you listen to those on the Nomad forum they will be the first to tell you that Sussex 3 sides could cope in CCL 1. I beg to differ} .

 

Oh and they buggered off afterwards as well without a goodbye or more importantly coming in the bar.

No, But he does love that whistle....lol....Didnt do bad to be fair Virginia Water just wanted to foul alot of the time and break the game up.

80 mins three down, 90 mins 7-0......just gave up

 

still sulking........football wise nothing between the sides, attitude & commitment totally miles apart

 

so just hopefully forget toget today & look forward to Hampton on tuesday when hopefully the players attitude & commitment will be like it was last wednesday when we played Farnborough

Another decent preseason game. Fairly even and both sides worked hard for the full 90mins.

 

Good to catch up with the South Park committee and I hope they do well in the Premier division this season.

 

 

Daniel, thanks for hosting our games today. Agree it was a good work out for both sides. Good luck for the season.

pop down to Eversley for some cricket and saw many familiar faces there including a number of posters. Shame I didnt get chance to say hi to Daniel but next time.

 

Oh and left at 8.09 when our 3rds won by 1 wicket with 1 ball of the match left.
