The changes since the last constitution are

Carshalton Athletic and Tooting & Mitcham from Premier B to Premier A

Colliers Wood and Crawley Down from South to Premier B

Harefield United from Premier B to North

Northwood from North to Premier B

At a guess I'd say Harefield requested a drop so Northwood have replaced them.

And Colliers Wood and Crawley Down have been promoted to make up the two spaces the B division has lost to the A division.

Did Carshalton & Tooting kick off or did some of the other Premier A sides complain that they didn't have enough fixtures? It was said that some teams were complaining they were playing sides that weren't good enough last season. The league revamps itself to solve this problem by creating an 'elite' division yet still the clubs moan. After voting it in at the AGM as well. What can you do?
