Tonights the night then.

Is it over-exagerrating the case that the future destiny of the club lies in the planning commitees public planning meeting tonight.

(i don't suppose any supporters are going by chance ?)

Minimally-i hope the club are able to post the decision on the official site tonight.

Like all-i've goit everything crossed that the revised plans are fully accepted.

Biggest game of the decade tonight ?

With the usual sense of anti-climax why do i have this feeling that it will be-case adjourned/postponed whilst more info is sought !

I wonder whether any particular councillor-or indeed public member is sitting there practising their speech to have the proposal declined /delayed.

Good luck MFC

The plans will be approved tonight. Anything other than a unanimous approval would be a big suprize.

Sorry James, but nothing surpises me with this council. They're all too predictable. However lets hope you're right on this occasion & that this council for once does surprise me. Edited by Cookie

The way I read that is simply that as long as the 27 criteria are met (I would have thought things like archaeological surveys were standard practice anyway), then planning would be approved.

SteveB's right. As long as the conditions are met (which lets be honest, they will be), theres no problem. You wonder why they went all the fuss of refusing a section 73...oh well.

It was to delay any decision until after the local elections, wasn't it? Anyway, we are on the right road now.

A letter will be sent confirming the decision and the club will continue working with Council Officers to implement the plans. The application is approved but needs to be deferred and delegated to Council Officers. Its very normal for major applications to be deferred and delegated like this. Nothing to worry about.

I know you guys dont want me here, so I wont hang around posting.
