With the price of gold at a record high of over $1,600 an oz, what has happened to all those TV adverts asking you to send them your unwanted gold? They used to be on all day, now they've all disappeared!

Probably all the spivs that ripped people off are somewhere hot and expensive thinking up new ways to rip off the vulnerable people made desperate by their fellow spivs and kindred spirits, the bankers.

It was recently revealed on TV that the money they were paying out was well below the market scrap value.

 

That might have something to do with it !
