Chertsey Fan Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Id understand Matt Paterson has left due to work commitments, in my opinion and from what players have told me over the past few years, Matt has done so much work with training, organising on matchdays and he will clearly be a big miss. Spencer tends to not be around for periods of pre season, and hasn't been in the past and i have never seen us so disorganised, as we have been against Hemel Hemstead and Egham. Big GK Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Was a player at Chertsey last season and Matt Paterson is one of the best coaches ive worked under, has so much respect for someone so young, its a shame if he isn't doing football at all. Best thing Spencer could do is at least bring him in on a part time basis. I feel that is like losing one of your best players.
