I know that its looking like Cheshunt could be the first home league fixture at the new stadium but i would like to think the club are planning on a grand opening fixture for the club?

 

What are the chances of perhaps getting a spurs X1 down to open the new stadium? I notice we dont have a fixture midweek leading into the Cheshunt game. THis would be a great occassion for the club with hopefully a big crowd. I know with Spurs new training ground being in the borough they have a commitment to Enfield community sport so perhaps it is a possibility.

 

Could anyone from the club update on these plans?

Why not a friendly against the real Enfield (1893)???

 

Or maybe 1893 could play AFC Hornchurch. You could get a firm of Liquidators to sponsor the game or maybe call it the Phoenix Trophy.

 

Great idea. We could have a sweepstake on how many times the two teams can fold and then re-form in 90 minutes!

Yet another good idea, it must be the day for them. If only I knew who Real Enfield are? Couldn't find them on a google search. Are they linked to Real Madrid in some way? Maybe you could play Real Hornchurch as well?
