Yeah this is my point geggy. To us it was a pre season game as normal but it meant mire to your players as it's history making.

 

Therefore I think we did ok with the resources we had and think some people are over reacting

Enjoyed the day, all be it the performance did not install much confidence for the future, but i suppose yesterday was all about Windsor FC. I was disappointed that i was charged £3 each for the kids all under 7, when it clearly stated in the press that kids were FREE. There was no arguing with the kid on the turnstile either.

SloughClarets, I would be interested as to what happened there as the arrangement was supposed to be U16's free with a full paying adult.

 

The press got it wrong and it was also stated wrong on an earlier thread but corrected by the club secretary.

 

If you could PM me with the details I will bring it up at our next committee meeting on Wednesday.

To go back to this thread and as was being talked about behind the goal, Windsor have a decent squad there and i think they'll do well this season!

looking at their team I would be surprised if they weren't fighting for automatic promotion this season
