So do they win it most seasons? Out of interest how many times have they won it? When was the last time? I only ask because clearly you know a lot about it. I expect given your comment they regular win this one. Let me know please.

Once again Rhodes is totally wide of the mark.

Luton Town's recent success in the Beds Senior Cup against Dunstable Town was their FIRST success in the competition for 106 years.

Wow now that is interesting. Now I'm confused. What did you mean by resting your case Rhodes? This was their first win in 106 years so they have a ratio of success less than 1%. How come you said they might as well be awarded it every season? Seems strange to me. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this one dear chap.

Excuse me Rhodes any chance of you responding? How come you always have plenty to say until you are asked a question? You're not shy are you? No need to be we are all friends here aren't we? Just interested to hear you're thoughts....

I don’t see the point in this competition, why not just award it to Luton Town:

Winslow Boy – This was my first post on this thread on 15 July last year, yes that’s right, a full ten months before the Final of the competition took place last week on 8 May, I rest my case!

A reasonable prediction I give you that but if this was their first and only win why would you suggest that every year it's a forgone conclusion when all the facts show that it's not? That's what I was wondering. As your post says "I don't see what the point in this competition is" well for 106 years they haven't won it so....... Again I'm still confused as to what you mean.

Winslow Boy – What I mean is what’s the point in having a competition with Luton Town playing against Club’s such as AFC Dunstable, Stotfold, AFC Kempston Rovers and Biggleswade United, it seems pointless doesn't it

So what you are really saying is that ALL counties should do away with their Senior Cups.

The clue is in the title SENIOR Cup.

Your views/comments are wasted here Rhodes, I suggest you apply to work at the FA and then you can tell them how to run the national game at all levels.

Of course it doesn't suit Rhodes purpose to recognise that Dunstable Town took Luton to extra time. Well done Dunstable. Poor trolling Rhodes.

You seem to be ignoring the fact that Luton have won it once in 106 years, doesn't this negate your point? Just a question. Also surely it's great for these sides to have a game against "big" sides

Loosely - Not at all, that's exactly why I left Dunstable Town out of my list of Club's such as AFC Dunstable, Stotfold, AFC Kempston Rovers and Biggleswade United, unlike those Club's they are a big fish currently swimming in a small pond

By your reasoning we should do away with all cup competitions. No-one from below the Championship should bother entering the FA Cup, I mean, whats the point according to you. No team below Conference North and South bother going in for the Trophy and so on and so forth because according to you there's no point!

As in all these things with you it's usually just a case of the green eye or if not it's your need to say "Look at me, Look at me, I'm not getting enough attention!".

Time to put this thread to bed....

Loosely – Not at all, you’re the one who craves the limelight, I regularly heard on the grapevine that you used to pull up at away grounds like Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp and made a b line for the Boardroom to rub shoulders with your opposite numbers. During away games in August and September you were regularly spotted sitting on sun loungers on Club Pavillions, wearing trendy shades and sipping Pimms and lemonade, absolutely laughable!

Sounds better than standing on your own with a plastic supermarket bag full of old programmes....
