We will be having a Summer BBQ at the club on Sunday 31st July from about 1pm.We also have the Singles Darts Tournament that day (£5 to enter),starting around 2pm.

 

It is also Jordans Birthday weekend so we will celebrate it as well so come on down to say happy birthday to the Hornchurch legend .

Because it's his birthday we are trying to get a singer down the club on a mic,should know more in the next couple of days.

We will provide the food and will charge a small charge which will be just for the cost of the food.We will probably do a 50/50 as well and if you have any other ideas let me know

Right then Chaps,we have had a decent response to the darts tournament and we should get a fair few down for the BBQ and possible singer (am still trying to sort something with this) but ccould do with knowing more numbers so we know how much food to get in,so could do with some help on this.Do try to come down for the afternoon/evening as it all helps go towards helping the club and the more that turn up the better.

The BBQ tomorrow will be held out the front on the patio area as the area at the back is currently being extended and will not be ready in time.

I have ordered a small amount of food as not sure on numbers (but we can get more from my butcher contact),if you want to bring your own food our resident BBQ chef evan will cook it for you

Ps does anyone have a decent BBQ we can borrow as I was borrowing one off my mate but he needs it now.if not I will have to buy one
