To be fair-had the opportunity last night to ask the question-but upon reflection i'm thinking WHY will the revised scheme cost £2m more.

essentially footprint is the same-albeit amendment to the fitting out because of room sizes ;and that time/interest charges costs money-and that there will be additional legal/planning fees; but just the same-an escalation of £2Million for essentially the same works seems alot.

Its easy to spend £1m on that lot-but £2 m seems a big increase to me

Am i missing something here ?

Maybe in his interview with wellsie-KP could expand a bit as to why, costs are up by over as £2m for a 6 month delay to the same essential build

I've allowed myself to become completely out the loop here so hopefully someone can help me out.

what original plan are we actually amending? there are a few contenders

I ask because I assumed that we had to draw up a completely new plan in light of the previous fiasco.

Also what are the chances that work will actually begin and any idea when? Or is there a long line of hurdles to get over still?

Coffin enders link in a post above to the tdc site will provide you with a 14 page document to read and bring you up to speed.

I believe wellsie has said that he will 'publish' an interview with KP over this weekend which should bring you up to date with timings/hurdles from the clubs perspective.

As I understood it, once the plans are approved, and the league allow us to have only a 2 sided temporary ground, building will commence in August this year (next month) and will be completed by August next year.
