Is it too late to change the plans? I have to say these kits are disgusting to say the very least, can't see any supporters wearing these shirts let alone any players

What do you specifically find 'disgusting' about them ?

 

Looked a big improvement to me-specificallly because of the introduction of the white-and the change strip was a nice blend of 'modern retro' if there is such a thing -,but we all have indivuidual taste

Close-up view of the green version of the same design. Funnily enough it looks better with a badge and sponsor's name on it. I don't think the tattoos come with the kit...

I presume Wayne couldnt be bothered to change socks as Black certainly dosen't go with the blue & white.I assume we have blue or white socks to go with the first team kit.

That was my thinking - the man inside the shirt is the main thing not what he is wearing. Its a 'marmite' kit but as long as we get the results from the players I dont care what they wear!

Lets hope the strip will be a significant part of a new era for Margate. The Buster Bloodvessel 'Bad Manners' strip was a radical change which kickstarted new fortunes for the last Chris Kinnear era, being a closet QPR fan I hope we have as much success in the hoops as QPR had last season - they led the Championship all season .

Not so keen on the away shirt though, it's a little too Folkestone Invicta for my liking.

I don't think we ever won a point when we wore green and white hoops about 4 seasons ago-but this is very different and looks proper.

 

It will be an ok season in the blue and white hoops.

 

( that given-i trust wellsie we still play blues/blues /blues;as to my mind-we are still the blues-just needed that little bit of white to break it up which has been well achieved

Not my favourite kit ever I have to confess, but the shirts always look different once the sponsor & badge goes on & the socks match lol.

 

Lets hope the go faster hoops do the trick & we are in for a good season.

Looks cheap and nasty. Shame Jacetts couldn't have done the kit rather than one being picked out of a catalogue at random. I suggest that anybody calling us the Hoops should be ejected from the ground. One white band/hoop would have been ok but not full-on hoops. Can't believe there was no better option in the kit catalogue.

totally agree with your comment good to see the club doing something different and I think the new kit looks good also, so well done MFC and what ever kit they had brought out for the new season there would have been comments for and against colour/design etc, but that's life I guess....

Its certainly different to anything in Rymn Prem I think. Personally too QPR for me. A bit more white was fine but a step too far going for hoops in my opinion
