As I cannot make it tonight do you think someone could ask the following question. I have a letter from Thanet District Council stating that the planning application for the hotel ect will be presented to the planning committee on the 20/07/2011. Now I presumed that the old permissions were still live and that the development could be built as such. My question is why does the plan for the development have to go to the planning committee again and are they likely to get this through without any objections? As I understand it the application for the coffin end has been granted. Is this true?
