Went to 1st half of Camberley v Aldershot Town Xi. Same old same old really. Direct football into corners. Much like all CCL football and for that matter Step 4 football.

 

Do you really support Camberley Krooner?

 

All you ever do is moan about the team and the so called tactics being shown.

 

Do you have a problem with the management team as it's them that send the team out to play? Why don't you express your views to them if you feel so passionately, rather than constantly whinge behind a keyboard.

 

I for one watched the game yesterday and considering it was their first game of pre season against a very energetic and committed Aldershot XI, I thought they played quite well in part and should have comfortably won the game.

 

With supporters like you I'll be surprised Camberley even get a crowd.

 

Don't worry treacle, Kroons is up for transfer with Sandhurst Town the early favourites for his signature. Cove could be in with a chance with the lure of the Bacon cheeseburgers

Foxyhills having played against u guys for the past 4 years I'm a huge admirer of hanworth and the team spirit and the following u have, everytime I've played at ur place has been a pleasure however do get abused alot, just a question with no alterior motive, obviously Laurie is highly regarded but what about Levi king?!? Surely he has attracted interest from a number of clubs?

Btw ma money is on u guys for the title this year!!!

Really Fanzone do I ? Only been supporting the club for around 27 years now and will continue to do so and will continue to support the manager and the team he selects. Sorry my personal thoughts on the majority of CCL football doesnt concur with yours but I will stick to the fact a lot of it is percentage football. On Sat I actually do tend to agree with you and to be fair I only saw the first half.

 

As for hiding I think you will find the majority of people on here know who I am perhaps unilke you ? Looking forward to chatting with you at some point over the season so feel free to make yourself known

Indeed he is Smudgey but knows a whole lot more than me and always will do so I should really be learning off him. I am sure I will be chatting to him at some point.

A little off topic, as this result is from today - Sandhurst 2-0 Brighton XI

 

Good performance overall by Fizzers on a nice pitch (no sand this time!), against a very young looking Brighton side. I think it was Elnino that scored the second, towards the end of the second half. Good to see the stand is open again and just as well with the weather during the match!

 

Kroons, maybe you should transfer your allegiance to Sandhurst as they didn't play long ball!

Good performance overall by Fizzers on a nice pitch (no sand this time!), against a very young looking Brighton side. I think it was Elnino that scored the second, towards the end of the second half. Good to see the stand is open again and just as well with the weather during the match!

Bit of a mixed bag for us some decent performances and some way of the pace but that is what pre season is all about. It was good to meet you guys and also to catch up with PB. was impressed with some of your boys PB could have a very good season ahead of him.

Windsor 2-1 Slough Town

 

Not a bad game considering it was the 1st friendly.

 

Nothing untoward in the challenges but it was quite competitive which was good.

 

Yes Roth I was amongst the +300 crowd.

 

It was good to go back to Stag Meadow once again, I was greeted by nice people with the supporters being in jovial mood.

 

I was impressed with Windsor. Their goals from O'Toole and Chandiram were both well taken. In my opinion, they have some good players who can and have played at a higher level. Reading between the lines from Saturday's performance against a team in a league/division higher, they will be the team to beat in the CCL Premier which because of their name and history, other CCL clubs will raise their game I'm sure.

 

Yes I know it's early doors, but they look disciplined, work hard and have good ball players altho' they need to improve with fitness, but that's what pre-season is all about !

 

I noticed that the pitch looked in excellent conditions but it appeared to have been made smaller ?

 

It will be a nice place for CCL clubs to go to. It brought back good memories for me, so I am looking forward to going back there again this season.

 

Had a good chat with people in the club house after the game to whom I've have never met before, they made me feel very welcome.

A good preseason game. Godalming's clinical finishing proved to be the difference in the end.

 

Quite impressed with some of the new players as well.

 

 

Agreed it was a good game and both sides got plenty out of it. As expected Sav and Clemo are putting together a decent team who play the right way and I'm sure they will have a good season. Thanks to all at Eversley for their hospitality and best of luck for the season!

WATCH OUT !! He's got a gun now !!!

 

But his target will be hard to find.He was at 9.46pm last night posting as TREACLE,then at 1.31am had a make over and posted as FANZONE.but the funny thing is that he aged 10yrs,his birthday changed from 30/10/71 to 6/8/61.Was he running from the Kroon Dog I ask myself,or setting a false trail.
