The 1st official pre-season game is on Saturday which means a day out via the seaside.

As far as i know there should be a few of us travelling up by train.

This trip should include, several pub stops :drinkies: ,fish and chips, the beach, ice cream, some :futbolbud2: , :chloe: ,and and some live music for anyone standing at the end :guitar: .

Gotta love pre season, times will be added.

See some of you on Saturday. :top:

A reply brilliant  sent out text's ect

Will be leaving about 10ish hitting Southend by 11am.

The Slug and Lettuce is between both main line Southend stations so that will be a decent place to meet.

The strippers will be axed for a visit to Sea World :frown:

And on a poor note the weather looks a little dodgy for tomorrow so bring ya umbrella's.

See you in the morning

We won 4-1

Top effort couple of stars on show ie May and Sobers ((imo) looking good even at this early stage.

Tony Martin got 2 second half goals both great finishes Jay May scored 1st half after putting keeper under pressure and other goal well worked and finish by the young fella name escapes me (no offence).

No show from strippers only downside next stop Heybridge

Deal or no deal

Lots of ??'s!!

Comfortable win and some good perfomances. We look a far better side than last year. Heybridge on Tuesday should be a better test.

I believe he was leaving yesterday...

About the game, I would agree with Ryan...there were some encouraging performances. We have Heybridge to play tomorrow evening but the test will come with our next three games. Daggers, Boreham Wood and the "Counterfeit Blues", Maldon and Tipree...
