Loosely - I don't know where you dug this nonsense up from but it's nothing whatsoever like the film, Grant is not a serial womaniser at all and certainly not a bumbling drunk, I bet you've never even seen it

Big fan of Hitchcock, bigger fan of James Stewart than Grant in Hitchcock films but all the same North by North-West is my favourite DVD on my shelves. Perhaps wiki might help you.
