I'd like to thank Tony for his hard work and enthusiasm. I was able to watch his sides a few times over the past three seasons and never left disappointed with the entertainment on display! Two league titles in three seasons, including the side's first in the Allied Counties league, is a great achievement. Let's hope there will a few more like Mo Sharif, Jagdeep Makh and Tony Mendy emerging in the coming years.

he has been superb in youth football for a number of years now both running youth teams and going into schools to take PE lessons

logical to make Bettsy the replacement what with his youth sides being newly confirmed as Slough Towns youth teams. Lets hope he can carry on the good work Tony did

Tony Thopmsons magnificent results with the juniors are a massive credit to him and I can well understand why he is having to stand down as manager considering his teaching commitments and his other youth sports activities.

 

Looking at what he has achieved and the quality of youngsters coming through I think it will be a hard position to fill, but both Mark and Roy are more than capable and am sure will get the full support form all fans of Slough FC. This part of the clubs activities are key to any club and will reap there full rewards when we get our own ground.

Tony has done superbl,y a lot of my ex-students play for the under 18's and he has been an inspiration to them all, thankyou for all your time and effort and best of luck for whatever you do in the future.
