Arlington House Area Re Development.

I see from 'Your Thanet' that the proposed re development of the Arlington House area not only includes plans for a new superstore,parking,shops and offices etc but also a 60 bedroom hotel overlooking the beach.Approved by TDC and now approved at central level.

How viable does this now make the Hartsdown Park Hotel plan ?

Is this why the council have been stalling for so long with our plans ?

I mentioned this hotel in another thread on here....I'd say a big fat YES!!! thats why stalling took place...
