In his bio it says that he was Chairman of the Enfield Football Club stadium (?) and that he is a consultant to a range of entities and people including a director of Arsenal Football Club. I bet no one at Arsenal FC would want to admit to being involved with him.

Tony has over 30 years experience in the housing market with wealth of

knowledge in property trends. He joined Adam Kennedy Estate Agents based

in North London in 1975 and within 7 years he was promoted to Area

branches. He later created a corporate image for the company and introduced

niche computer systems to meet market demand of the 21st century, and

developed an in-house finance department as well as surveyors to facilitate a

one stop shop for customers. By 1988 the company had expanded to 32

million pounds and over 3,000 property sales annually. He finally sold this

business to Legal and General.

In 1991 Tony became the chairman of Enfield Football Club stadium. On the

relocation of the club he created a recreational centre which included a

cinema, restaurants, swimming pool, gymnasium and a new housing

development.

Over the years Tony has created good relationships throughout London with

Banks, Housing Associations, Solicitors, Estate Agents and Auction Houses.

He has also been a consultant for well established companies such Laing

Homes, Candy & Candy and Fairview Homes and also to a director of Arsenal

Football Club.

To date, Tony has also acquired 15 public houses with great development

potential. Two of these were located in West London which was purchased for

£6m and he sold 3 months later for £6.75m.

Tony has a team which has experience to find, develop and rent properties

from a single unit all the way up to multi complexes.
