Expectations for the new season

With thenew season fast approaching what are the expectations for MFC. After the turmoil of the last few years my expectations are quite realistic IMO.

 

1. We get throgh a whole season with just the One Manager in CK.

 

2. The club builds for the future trying to improve gates through fielding a team that gives 100%.

 

3. By players giving 100% the supporters will see improved performances and better results.

 

4. A final league placing this season in the top 8.

 

5, At least one cup run either in the FA Cup or the FA Trophy

Stadium development completed

 

1. Ryman league champions

 

2. FA Cup 3rd round proper

 

3. FA Trophy winners

 

4. Ryman league cup winners

 

5. Kent Senior cup winners

 

6. Manager of the season

 

All perfectly achievable next season!!!

I think a good go at the playoffs and a cup run will do nicely and Ramsgate get relegated back to the kent league. Do not want to build up the expectations too much like the last few years.

Seriously though the completion of the ground development is my ONE main wish.On the field I wish for success but as of now I couldnt even hazard guess as to how we'll do.

I believe the planning permission is there for the hotel but the operator wants the rooms to be smaller thus its just an ammendment. Is that correct.

For me its the most important thing. Finishing mid table with a good cup run will do. Now that ive retired from football at the tender age of 31 im looking forward to getting up HDP with my Grandfather more often.

My hope for the season is stabillity and progression upwards without dreaming the impossible.

I'll be happy to see the ground development simply started before Christmas.

 

Agree-winning more than one cup game would be nice;and above all -somewhere mid table would be good imo.

 

At the moment-i'm thinking Margatye will finish about 17th-but hope to revise that upwards to about 13th /14th before start of season.

 

(and any new kit is not another revamped drab blue all roun d and there is at least some white in it !!

See the fair weather supporters return to pay for the extra squad we would need.

 

See the new stadium up and running.

 

That is what I expect.

While we are here... can someone confirm, the North Stand area has planning been approved for this? and it appears the hotel stand is awaiting is this correct...
