'Allegedly' this groundshare has not yet been granted...... there are some difficulties that stand in the way as I understand it.......!

Couldn't Epsom Athletic use the pitch out the back? If their firsts and reserves are both going there then one of them will be using it at least.

All you need in the Surrey Elite is a roped off pitch.
