A busy couple of weeks

Ok July is now here and I'm getting anxious for the new season to begin.

 

Hopefully over the next couple of weeks we will start to learn who the other few players we are signing are as I believe players can sign on from the middle of July.

 

We should also find out Rushden's fate tomorrow with an announcement over their appeal expected at 11 a.m (i do not think this will affect us but you never know with the FA/Souther League). If they are not permitted at step 3 then the step 4 option would be our league.

 

Also this Friday (8th) we will find out the FA cup and FA trophy draws which begins the list of fixtures

 

I also believe that the league fixtures are to be announced on the 13th and so we can start the real planning and countdown to the new season

I stand to be corrected but I thought you could register a player as of the 1st of July.

Rushden today withdrew their appeal. Guess that places them in the Southern Prem?

It's a shame they withdraw the day before the appeal...if they had done it last week the FA would not have had to delay the FA Cup/Trophy draw from last Friday and the Conference fixtures.
