Yeah he is doing well mate,hopefully a bit of tinkering in the summer will see us as a title threat,considering our budget is probably mid to lower end of the league,he did well challenging for the play offs last season and similar again this season would be an achievement again

Saying "I spoke to so-and-so and he said" is clearly no proof at all, it would be laughed out of any legal process, as anyone can make up stuff like that. Get a copy of recepit, or a document, or club accounts showing where payment are made. Or simply arrange a meet with FD and the player Mark 'spoke to'. Giving your opinion and try to say it is fact on here ain't gonna make anyone believe it.

Why dont you feck off to the Ridgeons league forum? You have never had any respect for the ESL league, teams or players that play in the ESL. Why do you continue to post in this forum? You do appear to have too much time on your hands!!! If no one has never told you before, let me be the first to say you do come across as a complete knob and every time you post on topics such as this fued with FD, you make yourself look more foolish. Before you say it, I have no association with BGU and FD does not know me from Adam. I speak as a Voyeur on this forum who occasionally comes out with the comment or two. You do have a lot to offer football Mark. I admired your stance at Witham at the end of the season. Football needs people like you but some times you really do come out with such utter Bolluoks that all the good work you do is forgotten. If FD says there is no money then I believe him. I happen to know that when Silencer says they get a jolly up at the end of the season for their efforts, I know he is telling the truth. They decided to criticise myself for a post i made on the fixtures public warning, but let others get away with far worse. BGU slated the WTFC staff last season and no action was taken i was told it was banter.. FootballMan targetted me and i wont let that go. He decided to look after his mates. I have no connections with WTFC so my opinion can now be that, my opinion and I have no respect for lazy clubs that is true. If they want to play at step.5 then they should have the basic facilities.

I spoke to you how you spoke to me, i treat people how they treat me now if people abuse me and act like children, i can give as good back. It rankles with me about the public warning i received last season on a forum, i have never ever been warned on Ryman / Ridgeons and have respect for that, but to make it against me they made a big mistake and i can be like a dog with a bone until i recieve an apology for the double standards and then as you all want i can feck off, but i felt targetted. As the Cornard deal all fell through i am not associated with any club and can now speak as me without fear of retribution. If they want to take it to the FA i will take my evidence with me.

 

Cards on the table, i had alot of respect for the esl in my younger day and used to be a regular hopper when living in Southend area, but last season made it that when i groundhop it will be to other leagues.

i am the manager of BGU and i will tell you there is not a penny at the club, i find it a bit disrespecful and a diservise to me as a manger, cause if i could pay players 30 pounds a week i could get some good players to go with the good players i have, do you no how hard it is to get players to turn up in the winter or when it rains and they dont get a penny and in there head they no they can get money else where its so hard to keep players and motivate them to help me achive success and belive in what im trying to do. what i do to attract or keep players is make it has fun as possible but seriuos when needs to be, we have good banter, socialise together and they like the style of play we do, it also helps that im only 31 and been managing 8 years and i no a lot of people and very lucky to have a few of my good mates play for me, for example one of my players was earning decent money at a rymans club but decided to help me cause we are very close, and i guess its the same for a lot of managers but if i had the budget some of these teams are QUOTED in having i would say to my chairmen im failing you and the club, because i honestly belive having a budget you can expect much more professionalism from your player, cause if a player says gaffa im working tonight cant come training i cant fine him, but i bet if we paid him he would never miss training cause i would defo fine players if i was that privaliged to have a budget, some times you got to look at mangers with no budget like southend m. or apsa and take ur hat of to these guys. i have to wash the kit, carry water bottles, bibs, balls also match day secretary, etc its fing hard so please think about what your saying cause it could be damaging to managers career's, i think to even challenge the big spenders is a achivment but cause im so ambitious its first or nothing for me, you dont have to belive a word i have said but people that no me will tell you im has honest as they come.

 

Mark we do have a new little club house built and it will sell hot food so you can come to mile end this season.

 

P.S FD is a very respected man in football and is a top bloke with a lot of friends that no he is a honest man so plese play nice MARK

Thanks Gaffa, for not putting one insult or derogotary remark. Appreciated. Maybe i have let my anger on how i was treated cloud my judgement but i have lost all respect for the esl at the start of last season, before that it was purely banter, when i see an official requesting that a matter be taken to county, makes my blood boil. I can get this off my chest now. This remark does not include Len, i have lot of time for him from when he was prog ed at Braintree Town.
