Welcome to the forum Safe Hands.....

 

18 Teams this season which is good, title wise I expect the usual suspects in Witham and Enfield to be up there at the end but it seems a strong league this season.

 

Basildon offering money, Burnham have a decent side, Barking improved loads last season, B'Side will improve, The two Manor's and Bethnal Green will all be half decent again!!! Pretty tight league I hope.

 

Cant wait, where you at?

I reckon haringay will surprise some people,also Hullbridge, hpwever I agree with Silencer between Witham and Enfield if they can keepntheir side together.

Jason behave mate theres no money at Basildon United,witham and enfield to win league probably enfield,clapton and bowers to fight it out for the wooden spoon.

Just rumours then but I have been told by players who have been offered money. Mr Dwyer signed for them saturday, couple others offered money as part of the 'new' ground sponsorship.

 

I love pre-season though, so many rumours its great

With that in mind you have to look towards Witham, Enfield, Barking, BGU & Southend Manor who do pay expenses as the major contenders this season

 

But I agree with a previous comment of that this will be a very open & interesting season

Once again we have to respond to the quote of BGU pay expenses? Every season same [****!!****] with all the RUMOURS.We at BGU do NOT pay expenses never have. If YOU Sorry have any proof in your statement please show us all.Once again we have to get into silly discussions on MONEY? We dont have any we still dont have the money for a new kit for this season.If anyone can tell Gaffa and I anyone who does get any expenses with proof please show us all to stop the RUMOURS once and for all and if you do find proof Gaffa will resign with immiediate effect.

basil-don please dont lie, i have seen the text on my friends phone (wont say names) from basildon managment askin him over for money, and i have had chats with people who have been training with basildon and they to said people are gettin a wage, no shame mate just admit it. oh and please dont say its just expences because £50 a week is conciderd a wage, doesnt matter if the club pay it or its from the managers pocket, a wage is a wage

Plus One....I know a few players offered money from Basildon United, although how long that will last I don't know. Rich, thats not me being a wind up, its the truth.

 

Southend Manor don't get expenses, they do not get wages....all they get is a few quid in the kitty as a thank you for Xmas pi55 up, a few curry nights and an end of season do. FACT. Oh don't forget the cardboard Ham or Cheese sarnies after a game.

 

Some clubs wedge out and admit it, some clubs don't....why they come on here saying they don't is beyond me.

 

Anyways, as long as no-one pays a fortune, hopefully its a tight league and no-one dominates too much
