Fred Cummings joins as Steve Bateman's assistant for the coming season.

 

 

Sounds like an actor from a porn movie ! Ha,ha,ha !

 

What is interesting though,is that Steve Bateman calls him 1st team coach not assistant manager.So perhaps he's more tactically astute on the training ground.Then again,what's in the wording?

Great news that we have a qualified coach at last.

 

Not sure if Dave Anderson was a full qualified coach but certainly at the back-end of last season we had players taking the pre-match training.

glad we have someone in quickly to replace Dave Anderson. lets hope it turns out a good partnership and helps the team

 

in terms of Adam Martin I wouldn't read what it says there as that he is definitely staying but its no doubt sounding pretty positive at the moment. would be amazing to have him for the entire season as the guy is class

 

good to hear that we have a winger coming in as well. Sincs at times over the last 2 years or so has been almost our only hope of creating or scoring a goal in tight games with moments of magic. the use of the word "exciting" makes you think of a tricky pacy type player. maybe even a fairly young player to give us a bit more youth and pace

Could it be two different people? as he couldn't be at Ashford and Hemel at the same time,unless of course,he had both jobs last season,at different times.

On the Ashford website,Twitter page, it says new manager Paul Burgess hasn't spoken to Neil Cumming yet,as he's on holiday.So I think Windsor Sec's thread has given us a bum steer !

I read it the same as you Mr Rebel, positive talks with Adam Martin but hasn't signed for us yet??

 

 

Also, what a teaser from SB, 'agreed the addition of an exciting winger'. Just need to get him to sign a form.
