Worries about Smudge !

I have become very worried about Smudge as he has has not posted anything about the Windsor lease for 7 minutes !

Can anyone confirm that he's ok ?

Thanks for your concern Steve,the new pills take time to kick in.The Doctor has confirmed, that I am suffering from a repetitive strain condition.I asked him how long this would last,he said 'Probably until someone answers your Question' .

Unkown individulas don't want to know your private business just weather their team

will visit "Stag Meadow". Probably hoping they will as it will be the best ground and pitch

in the CCL. I have played there plenty of times over the years and its what i call a " proper non league ground".

I'm very chilled Yossa, if not I would have answered his post at the 50th time of asking about the lease instead of the 500th time. LOL.

 

If all he wants to know is whether he can visit Stag Meadow then I'll send him a fixture list when they come out.

 

And Yossa, depending on when your last visit was you may see a much-changed ground nowadays ie all terraced now [no grass banks left] but it's still the same old framework which like you say makes it a proper non-league ground.

Well, the further away from London you travel, the more villages you will encounter.

Bomaya, I think you've read that wrong mate, it's not aimed at the clubs but as you know every club has it's resident idiot and it will be interesting to claim the full set as the season goes on. LOL.

 

I don't think clubs will need any motivation to try and beat us as too many people are calling us the next AFC Wimbledon [without the amount of supporters!] LOL. Others say we're just Windsor & Eton regenerated ie a Zamaretto Premier Division side whilst some think it unfair that we were placed in the league system at this level having formed as a new club, so all will raise their game against us anyway.

 

One thing you can be certain of is that Windsor supporters will enjoy the season whatever the outcome as 6 months ago it looked like the town wouldn't have a senior club for the first time in 118 years so we don't actually care what level we're at as long as a club exists.

hehe, i know, i just mean the 'village' bit. A lot of clubs don't like the tag of 'village club' and of course a few teams in the CCL are certainly more than villages. One is even a city!
