As A Newbie (My First Post) and since its now the beginning of next season.

 

We should have a topic for SSMFL Gossip Column. Any Founded Rumours of Players/Managers moving clubs.

Ive heard that the two coaches at Chesham United Reserves are very talented and educate their players play good football. The manager is Spanish and his assistant is a young professional coach.

Stotfold are closing in on two quality players

These are pretty pointless. Either say who they are or keep quiet until the signings are confirmed (which I suspect is what the manager would prefer!)

 

I can however confirm that St Margaretsbury have reached a successful conclusion to their attempts to get some old ginger f*cker to carry on playing. Contract is believed to involve a years supply of Regain and Grecian along with a motorised wheelchair to get him to his reserved seat at the bar after games.

 

 

(PS I also negotiated that I get to take throw ins!)
