No. I did not get an interview and got no reply from the club.

Bit frustrating as i think with my contacts and record at this level i could have done a good job.

The hardest part of any job you apply for is getting an interview. If you can get this you have half a chance as a CV can only say so much.

However no hard feelings thats football and i genuinly wish Windsor FC all the best and the people that have worked so hard to get the club going.

Although Keith Scott appears not be the fans choice.( Not sure why ?)

he is a very good/proven manager and has an extremley good coach in Jim Melvin.

If the budget is any were near what has been rumoured and they can attract the right players for this level

then they will win the league. I think the only thing they do not have in there favour is knowledege of teams.players and standard

of the CCL Prem. Its a lot harder than people think but i am sure they know that !

 

If anyone hears of anything going let me know, cant stand not being involved in football.

Wonder if they really interviewed more than 2 People,and not replying to your interest,speaks volumes about any Club.Courtesy costs nothing after all.Have they got the Lease sorted or is that in abeyance.

Isn't Jim Kelman the guy who runs the UEFA coaching courses in the Berkshire area etc?? If so, he is the best coach I've ever seen by a long long way

I can only go on what i have seen and everytime i have seen him he has been quality.
