Slough Town Fun day Sunday 24th July 2011

Hi all..

 

The trust committee have been finalizing plans for this day/date SUNDAY 24th july 2011 FROM 11AM TO 4PM AT THE POLISH ASSOCIATION

 

and we are asking for helpers on this day not only with man/lady power but with help in getting items for the raffle and also the Tom bola stall !

 

if you can help please let us know on this message board.

 

-Small prizes (new ) items only for the tom bola stall ... starting from sweets to small drinks etc etc ... we need about 200 items or so.

or as many as we can get., also we need a main donated prize too ! any takers.

 

- Also bigger prizes for the club raffle ?

 

- All donations gratefully accepted.

 

Bric- a- brack stall needs your older items , not new (no clothes) please but un wanted bits and pieces.

 

 

Also Voulnteers required to be at the stalls ? Car Park Helpers ? Litter pickers ? and any one who would like to help us ?

 

If you can help or know someone who can ...please let us know... either on here or calling any of the trust members (numbers on trust site)
