And were they mighty tonight. For me, this was the best performance of the season to date with the win coming from Nic McDonnell's great strike in the 29th minute. The attitude and spirit were first rate this evening. I thought De Souza's sending off in the 70th minute was a bit harsh but for the last 20 mins the rest of the lads battled tremendously to hold on for the three points. Roll on Saturday.

Yup, great win, we can only get stronger when the missing players return, hopefully quite soon.

I didn't have a crowd counter thing and I've never been to the Stadium of Dreams before but I have no problem with the number of 430.

 

The stands, and the area between the stand and the clubhouse are a fair way from the pitch but there were a lot of people in that area last night. Good atmosphere in the ground, not least from the Travelling City Faithful.

 

I wouldn't doubt that number.

yes all though it pains me to say it st albans were far the better team on the day, we just seemed to think all we had to do was turn out for the three points, don't always work out like that...........
