Yeah thats' right Smudge. No excuse for me to ever be late for kick off there!

 

To be honest I don't go there much. I tend to watch Woking mostly and move round all the local clubs - not just Knaphill. Actually meeting a player from Knapps was how I ended up on this forum. And also how i know who Wolfman is. He played down there for years apparently.

 

Can't say anymore - will get into trouble! Must be kept a secret!!!! :frown:

TJ mate, I guess that you aren't staying down at Sheerwater this season then?

 

I'm not having a pop TJ but anyone coming on a forum to express an opinion must be happy to let people know who they are, if you didn't want people to know your opinion (which you are obviously welcome to have) then there is no point in posting!?

 

Cookie to answer an earlier question of yours, I am not doing the reserves next season as I have been offered a role in the 1st team that I have accepted. See it as a step forward as I have ambitions in managing 1st team football and think I have something to offer the current set-up!

 

The club are in discussions with a young management team who have expressed an interest in coming to the club to run the reserves, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

No pal , Ive retired for to spend a load of time with my little one! had a couple of [censored] seasons which leave a bad taste in your mouth!!

 

Decent news on moving in to the first team!! when you getting the rains then!!

Had a meeting on Thursday and it has all now been sorted down at Westfield now.

 

The 1st team managers John Comer and Craig Moore are going to be assisted by Alan Morton, I'm going to be 1st team coach and the GK coach is still Non-League Nigel. The new reserve team management is going to be Alex Palinski and Ben Knight after they left Cobham reserves at the end of last season.

 

Now that everything is in place I'm looking forward to the new season, with pre-season only a couple of weeks away.

 

Are you looking to get in anywhere or do anything whilst you are out of action, or are you just going to be Knaphills No.1 supporter?

Weight dropping off Loop, it's a pity I can't play next week, I fancied scoring a hat trick, still by the start of next season I'll be fit enough for the CCL :brille008:
