E-coli Outbreak

Is this anything to be concerned about folks, the reported cases seem to be rising with 11 people in the UK having food poisoning, apparently linked to the outbreak, eight of those 11 have bloody diarrhoea (sorry to be so graphic) and the other 3 are being treated for haemolytic uraemic syndrome (HUS) which is a deadly complication of E.coli, all have visited Northern Germany recently where experts are working furiously to try to find the source of the outbreak.

Oh blimey, I did a stir-fry with beanshoots the other day. Should I be dead by now? Label says "Product of several countries of origin" !!

 

Speaking of which. If it's necessary to specify the country of origin when it's a single country, how can they get away with not specifying it if they reckon the ingredients came from several countries?
