Am I missing Something?

Clubs had to apply by 31st December to join C.C.L. Div.1. F.A. Rules, and as they had not met this requirement they were turned down.Clubs had to have a Ground Grading by 31st May for promotion,to a higher Level,if this was not met,no promotion, F.A.Rules.But low and behold a newly formed Club, can be allowed to move into the C.C.L. without even a Ground secured at the time of the F.A. Moving them in.Your thoughts would be appreciated on these DOUBLE STANDARDS.

Since the National League System was devised there have been double standards regarding league allocations, promotions, relegations, ground grading etc. Appeals to the FA must be at record highs.

Of course, most things are done properly and within the rules but there are far too many exceptions.

Does anyone know if Windsor F.C. have secured a Ground yet,as their Website has no mention of it,or maybe they will be allowed to Groundshare, breaking another F.A. Rule.

This was in one of their local rags a couple of days ago.

"Meanwhile, Windsor FC founding director Kevin Stott says discussions with the Crown Estate regarding a new lease for Stag Meadow have progressed ‘very well’ this week.

Stott has been in talks with the Crown for some time as he looks to secure a lease to ensure the new club can play at the stadium next season.

One has to be signed before the Combined Counties League AGM on June 20 and Stott says things have moved forward positively in the last few days."

Smudge - Chertseytown told us following their Court case last season that the FA have a rule that allows them to trump any of their other rules in exceptional circumstances. The FA rule, OK (unless Clubs are prepared to fork out £10k+ to take them to the High Court)
