Chris Kinnear just gave a good show of himself on Radio Kent. I emailed Matt Davison to ask why they hardly mention MFC fixtures on the sports roundups on match days (which they don't)but he didn't reply or mention it

nothing recealed - came over as a knowledgable likeable man well respected by the others - interesting he said the best player he worked with was IOC

he did reveal that the stadium will be built lol lol lol surely Chris hasnt been sucked into that already, yea did mention that Iain O C was the best player he has managed which believe it or not went down well with me

In fairness, RK always give our results out and often provide score updates. problem with RK is they have a limited budget and the sports news focus is on the Conference South and next season Premier. That leaves us and others at or below our level with less coverage.

 

Of course, there's always Gate Radio during the season

Don't agree - I am talking about the round up of the day's forthcoming fixtures that happens every hour during the morning and lunchtime on matchdays not about the results sequence at the end of the day - Margate rarely get a mention including that game where the youngsters were all let in free last season - Hythe, Maidstone, Dartford and Ebbsfleet all mentioned frequently - nothing about Margate - maybe they should spend less time on Charlton WHO ARE NOT EVEN IN KENT then maybe a few of their old supporters from the 50/60's who moved east to Thanet might wander down to Hartsdown Park if they hear there is a game on. CK hopefully will get the team playing better but the rest of us need to do our part to ensure that as many people come through the gate as possible. I intend chivvying RK next season to make sure they give us a mention.
