Good Job it was United they played. Been anyone else it would have been 6 or 7.

 

Great match to watch though. Barcs superb, United defended superbly for 90 mins and the officials were excellent.

 

Was the Utd goal offside. Maybe. Instructions to assistant referees are if in doubt go with the attacking side.

How can anybody who enjoys watching football not love the way that Barcelona play football.

So many short passes that take them past the opposition whether it be around their own area or the opponents.

Thought Giggs,Valencia,Evra,were outstanding for United,the only shining lights of the night for them.Highlight for me was Fergie telling Rooney 'do as i tell you'.Officials were excellent,especially the Ref. who was not over busy.

Are you joking....Giggs was awful, Valancia was fouling coz he was too slow his injury caught him up.

Man UTD defence was superb but was worked for 80% of the game because there midfield was awful, Carrick rubbish Park was running around like a headless chicken, the front two had no service

Guv,no comment on Evra,the point being if you play with 8 Players against 11,even I could look good.Evra was in the back four,which I thought was the defence,so how did they do well.

Pure dominance against a confused Man. Utd who were well beaten. . I am so pleased to put 2 fingers up to those who say Barcelona are boring........BORING ? All I can say to those people (not necessary on this site) is your knowledge of football is very limited...... sorry !

 

No matter how hard you prepare against the best club team I've seen in all my years, if you haven't got the ball you cannot do any harm. In that you could possibly include the best National team after all theres about 8 Barcelona players playing for Spain ! .... maybe the Boys from Brazil could challenge my comments !

 

I believe Bracelona are fantastic for the kids of our age to watch and learn, great for managers and coaches to learn from, a new era.... why oh why did Taylors report many years ago stress to ''lump'' the long ball ? I've never been a believer of lumping altho' at times can become potent especially on some pitches during the winter, lets remember these pro's play a beautiful pitches every week (game) !

 

Who was it who said the the best form of defence is attack.............. just ask Barcelona ! Thank you Barcelona you are a joy to watch !
