Surrey Herald report on Molesey

Recommended Posts

There is a report in the Surrey Herald saying: "the future of Molesey FC is in doubt after plans to sell land on their ground for affordable homes was refused by Elmbridge Council. Moles' chairman Tracy Teague has already gone on record to warn that the club needed the application to succeed in order for the club to pay off debts."

The report continues: "Unless an alternative way of raising has been found, it appears the club is on borrowed time."

However Teague was not ready to talk directly to the press, it seems: "I am not going to making any statements to the press, It is a no comment."

I add this post in full expectation that certain people will take full advantage of it to pass insulting comments about each other and bore the tits off the rest of us.

So planning permission is turned down...

If you go to the Surrey Herald website and read the story you will see a lot of people celebrating the saving of green land... I looked through them, I've never seen any of them at Molesey FC so congratulations on them saving green land they couldn't give a toss about...

So I don't know what Moleseys next step is but congratulations to everyone who came into Molesey solely to take money out of it, looks like you got what you wanted, c**ts.

I don't really know how long Molesey have to try and find money and what will happen if we dont but all I know is that the Molesey residents are just blindly campaigning against what is in the bst interess of their town... Especially considering the Molesey Residents Association said in its manifesto a few weeks ago that Molesey FC was very important to Molesey...

I understand why it was turned down but I hate the situation the club is in

Easy just do a Windsor.

Gone bust and that will clear your debts then the FA will put you a league that suits them. So that would CCL Div 1.

Got promoted the next season then all back to normal.

Simples!
