Go on a man management course, then you will learn that in every player there is a different make-up. You are strange, visual disappointment isn't the only expression players have, I played with many players who are just as equally disappointed but outside they don't show it, but inside it hurts, you don't have to be animated to show your disappointment....... you will learn in years to come !

Are you allowed to say anything in the dressing room ? I thought you'd be outside putting the cones on the pitch LOL ! A manager has to be good at man management and understand his players, Now, do you honestly think that shouting and swearing at all the players they all listen to you, especially if you do it week in and week out, if you do, the players are expecting it and switch off with the ''here we go again'' syndrome.

 

You don't have to shout and swear to be heard, there are many intelligent players out there who prefer to be talked to so don't need to be shouted and sworn at. but I do understand passion is very high on the football agenda, its knowing when to combine the two.!
