padbury utd start pre season on the 2nd july and will be having 6 friendlys and training on tuesdays and thursdays . on tuesdays a company called boot camp will be coming in to take sessions .

Seriously though, it's a good idea if your players don't look after themselves. If they do then it's a bit pointless as there are numerous fitness plans and schedules available on the web and in magazines which are free or very cheap.

Loosely - But didn't Southill Alexander make a Boot Camp seem like a kids tea party in your first pre-season with friendlies against the likes of Basildon United, London Colney, Cheshunt and Halstead Town to name just a few

Nice hard work out, I have experienced them over the last month. If they havnt kept fit over the summer they will feel the pain!!

Look at that - Hertfords, Hoddy's and St Mags over 30s sharing a pint before getting run ragged - notice the Gaffa doesnt have a pint in his hand, probably a burger instead!
