Just wondering what the thoughts are on the setting up of the new youth teams ? I have a son in one of the Under 13's teams and i am involved myself as an Assistant Manager , as Slough fans this a great move for us as we will be able to wear Slough colours now and to be officially aligned with the club is great news !

I think it could, potentially, be a massive step for the future of Slough Town Football Club.

 

As you say, with the Youth teams now wearing the Slough colours and the players families attending matches and being involved with the teams, our profile and peoples awareness of Slough Town Football Club will take a giant leap forward.

 

Also, there will always be the potential for un-earthing players who will be good enough to go on and play for the Slough first team with the ideology of a future Slough team that will consist mainly of Slough based players.
