Buckhurst Hill finished 5th in a step 7 league so i really cant see the FA allowing them to be promoted to a step 5 League, the same with a 'new' Leyton, i cant see how they would be allowed to start again in a league which the 'old' Leyton were going to be relegated to,fingers crossed for Sporting Bengal ??

Leyton : forget it they will not be ready for season 2011/12 more than likely 2012/13, see response from Gavin Axcell below.

If Sporting Bengal can switch without notice then surely another team could switch and leave without enough notice or double standards....dance%20(2).gif

Waltham Forest will get a repreive and it will be 16 teams next season, with Enfield 1893 going up. Buckhurst hill would have to apply and come in a position which they did not as Basil-Don has stated.

I understand that the FA are announcing the promotion & relegation issues today so I'm sure we will all find out later on today

Posted on the Non League Matters site today by Southen Statto re Leyton -

"spicing up this post - can't (won't) say to which league, but LFC has applied to join a league for next season".

Confirmed that Waltham Forest have been given a reprieve.

Below is link from FA website for all suggested leagues upto to Step 4. Us Step 5 clubs must wait a little bit longer I suppose
