Hellenic or Combined Counties

According to the 'Non League Matters' forum, we haven't applied for the Hellenic League.....is that because we are waiting for agreement with the Crown for the ground lease?

See the link at:

Although you may have to visit the 'Non League Matters' site to get it to work!

You do not apply, you are placed into the relevant league by the Football Association -- most likely Hellenic but a trip to Guernsey in the CCL beats Truro anyday!

As I understand it, IF Guernsey DO come into the CCL, it'll be into Div 1.

Obviously, we at DFC are watching developments with interest, though it seems we might just be safe in the Prem next season.

I hope that we are placed in the Hellenic League rather than the CCL, as IMO, despite the fact that both leagues are at the same level, the Hellenic is of a better standard, and I tend to find that more open attacking passing football is played by teams in that league.

We'll wait and see though - Hellenic or CCL? Pegasus Juniors or Guernsey? ;) Knowing the FA as we all do, we will probably be placed in the Northern Counties East League. Roll on Teversal, Hall Road Rangers and Scarborough Athletic!

Welcome to the CCL Premier Windsor.

I did hear very early this afternoon that you were joining us.

I look forward to greeting Kevin, Mal and all others that know me at Meadowbank, and assure you, you will receive a friendly reception at Dorking.

You will find the the CCL Discussion Forum is very well supported on this site and I personally look forward to your input.

Combined Counties League Premier Division, confirmed by the league secretary.

So Combined counties Prem it is then!? I have to say little bit disapointed that it is not the Hellenic with all the local Derbies but suppose old rivalries with Egham at least will be renewed!!! When are we likely to see the league constitusions for step 5 and 6 as it is just step 1-4 posted on the F.A website?

Also when can we expect official word from the club? I know that the decision only been released today but would be nice to get some confirmation from the club. Who knows CCL Premier champions 2011-12 up the Windsor!!!!!!!!!!!!
