Towel always 4 net squares in! If that makes sense to anyone.

Water bottle always to my right.

right glove first but probably only because I'm right handed. If I play well, I always try to wear the same kit the next game, right down to my pants. For the past few years though I have been changing them every game!

Like that YHW, us keepers have to have some little oddities.

Always used to wear same top to warm up in - was a bit chilly in the winter, when the top was in worse condition than a string vest.

After dislocating my thumb in the warm up at Viking Greenford (after a bad landing from a dive) and having the physio attempt to put it back in before kick off - I made it a rule not to dive in the warm up.

Had to be the last in the line as the teams went out

skippers arm band always on my right arm!

always call heads on the coin toss (dont know why i do this cos i only get 50% of the calls correct. I probably need a new strategy))

unless the sun or wind is a factor, always shoot up hill 1st half

Never washed my jock strap if I scored... One year I went 26 games without washing it.... I had plenty of room to change in the dressing room.

Bet you pen and inked,if you got on a good run T.C. No wonder you never had anyone challenge you from Corners.

I didn't say I didnt wash my kit. I also always touch the cross bar at the beginning of each half, more a habit that superstition.
