CCL DREAM TEAM 2011/12 COMPETITION

Recommended Posts

Was thinking of starting one up for next season, just wanted to get some feed back see if people would be interested and what the scoring would be.

This is what i've come up with but very open for suggestion :coffee (2):

Based on 4-4-2 formation, you must pick your side using only 1 player from each club, they maybe a mix of Prem & Div 1.

Scoring:

Clean Sheet Bonus

GK 10pts

DEF 5pts

MID 2pts

Goal Bonus

GK 100pts (it could happen, you never know!)

DEF 10pts

MID 5pts

STR 3pts

Win Bonus

Player in a winning team 5pts

up for that mate. What if a chosen player moves to a club that you already have a player in?

Then that would be an exception and would just score the same but for new team. Trying to keep it a simple as it can be, seeing its just for fun. Also was thinking it will be a hell of a job checking all the team line ups to see if the selected player played! It will be easy enough to find out the scorers in games, so was thinking if you select a GK, DEF or MID from a team and they win or keep a clean sheet your player will score the points whether he actually played or not......Hope that all made sense.

John McBride scored 4/5 FROM PENALTIES this season,he is of course the Dorking Keeper.

YEAH TRUE, BUT NOT MANY CLEAN SHEETS THO' !

Without him, I fear we would have ended up bottom of the League.

Say Borg kept 30 clean sheets, and E&E Won 40 games=500pts,McBride keeps no clean sheets, but scores 5 Pens,And Dorking win 1 GAME=505pts.He had 3 misses from the spot as well.

How about 25pts for a set piece GK goal......100pts in open play......You making more work for me already Smudger and its not even close to starting!
