It will be quicker for most clubs getting to Gurnsey that Croydon anyway

 

 

Too True, Guv !

A nippy 45 minute flight across the water....

 

Far better than stuck at Five-Ways Corner ot the Coulsdon cross-roads for Gawd knows how long !

I live in Coulsdon and if you are coming through Coulsdon to get to Croydon then you need to get a new sat nav!

Anyway, if people think Guernsey will win Div 1 next year then Smudge won't need to worry about all the expenses for the next ten years or so! So let's wish Guernsey well! I did hear that's why Chobham, FNE and Hates Gate pulled out though. That's got to be Guernsey's fault too right? Silly Guernsey!

 

 

HOW CAN GUERNSEY BE THE REASON WHEN THEY HAVE NOT YET BEEN OFFICIALLY ACCEPTED INTO THE CCL ?

 

CHOBHAM, FNE & HAYES GATE ALL STRUGGLED TO GET TEAMS OUT DURING THE SEASON, THATS THE TELL TELL STORY........... A DIVISION TOO HIGH FOR THEM.... HG & FNE ONE SEASON THEN GONE !

 

 

GUERNSEY 2 SEASONS AND GONE,TO HIGHER PASTURES?

Exactly Footy,but sat nav sends them through Coulsdon to Purley X,then left up Purley Way,to 5 ways,then over Duppas Hill to flyover,right at Fairfield Halls,to Addiscombe Rd. all traffic nightmares.They only have to ask the quickest way,never hear them moaning about Whyteleafe or Farleigh,which they find easy,THE arena is a maximum 15 mins further to a local.THICKO'S OR WHAT.

£2 Nice Guy! I was being very sarcastic. Course it isn't Guernseys fault. But everyone seems to come out and have a go at their supposed entry into CCL so I was merely blaming them for everything else!

Sorry !! I meant the Purley cross-roads !

 

Mind you - I love driving in the metropolis now, I don't stray further north than Merstham.

Dont you mean 2 days out,and a very expensive experience at that,as for History that only applies after a period of time.and by then Guernsey F.C. will of flown the C.C.L. Nest in search of better things,they are a NATIONAL SIDE after all.Always like a 3 course meal when I travel.

 

Starters.... £5.95

Main... Fillet Steak £24

Sweet... £4.95

 

Thats before you have a drink,remember Guernsey is a Tourist destination with prices to match.Are their any Maccy D's,K.F.C.'s,Can see a lot of hungry Players on the flight back,their not known for having large sums of cash on them,or even spending it at their Home Clubs.SO WHY WOULD THINGS CHANGE.

The way you bite Smudge you could have the Rump Steak and save yourself enough for a pud!!!!!!!
